WELCOME TO SAN DIEGO SURF & SAIL

🌊✨ 2-Day Surf, Sail, yoga and hiking Wellness Itinerary

 

Day 1 – Ocean Connection & Flow

 

  • 8:00 AM – Surf Coaching with Breath-work Integration Begin with grounding breath-work and visualization, then move into personalized surf coaching. Build confidence and connect with the rhythm of the ocean.

  • 10:00 AM – Light Refreshments & Snacks Refuel with healthy, energizing snacks and hydrating drinks.

  • 11:00 AM – Sailing Experience Set sail on San Diego Bay for a hands-on adventure. Learn the basics or simply relax and enjoy the freedom of the open water.

  • 1:00 PM – Light Refreshments & Snacks Break with light snacks before heading to yoga

  • 2:00 PM – Restorative Yoga Release tension and restore balance with a gentle yoga session designed to stretch, soothe, and rejuvenate your body.

 

 

 

 

 

Day 2 – Grounding & Exploration

 

  • 8:00 AM – Surf Coaching with Breath-work Integration Start with mindful breath-work and visualization, then continue building your surf skills in the water. Focus on presence, flow, and confidence.

  • 10:00 AM – Light Refreshments & Snacks Fresh bites and hydrating drinks to recharge post-surf.

  • 11:00 AM – Guided Nature Hike Explore San Diego’s stunning landscapes — coastal cliffs, ocean views, and scenic trails that deepen your connection to nature.

  • Snacks and refreshments served on hike

  • 1:00 PM – Restorative Yoga & Closing Circle A mid-day restorative yoga session followed by a reflective closing circle to integrate the 2-day experience, leaving you centered, grounded, and renewed.
