1. Lessons & Bookings

All bookings must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or partner platforms (like Calendly).
Session availability is subject to weather and ocean conditions—we’ll always prioritize safety.
You’re responsible for showing up on time; late arrivals may shorten your session.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved providers.
Full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.
By providing payment info, you agree that we can process charges for your selected sessions, activities, bookings or packages.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is posted on our website. Please review it before booking.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through your original payment method.

4. Safety & Assumption of Risk

Surfing and sailing are water sports with inherent risks. By booking any of our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
You agree to follow your coaches guidance at all times.
San Diego Surf & Sail is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss during sessions, activities or events.

5. Age Requirements

Participants must be 13 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Minors must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before participating.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on sandiegosurfandsail.com (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to San Diego Surf & Sail.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content without written permission.
