At San Diego Surf & Sail, our retreats are intentionally intimate experiences with limited spaces. To honor the time, energy, and resources that go into creating these gatherings, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance

Because life is unpredictable, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or travel delays.

Wellness retreat cancellation policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your spot at the retreat. This deposit covers planning and administrative costs and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Can I transfer?

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person for no additional fee, provided you notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the retreat.

Refunds and Cancellations

90+ days before retreat start date: Full refund of all payments made, minus deposit.
60–89 days before: 50% refund of total retreat cost, minus deposit.
30–59 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another guest.
Less than 30 days: No refunds or transfers available.

Cancellations by San Diego Surf & Sail

In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat due to unsafe conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments or a credit toward a future retreat—the choice is yours.
